Thank you for taking the time to read the short and simple terms of use for The Graphic Nook. I know it may seem tedious, but remember that you are expected to abide by my rules whether you've read them or not.

 

Sliced Imaged Websets

 

All layouts purchased from Graphic Nook  are copyrighted to the Graphic Nook, and ALL respective Graphic Owners. Credit links must remain intact and never removed. By removing the credits, you will be notified to remove the web set and no refund will be given. Legal action will be taken should the need arise, and you will be responsible for any and all court costs. All sales are final. Be sure to check your web set for any errors in the personalization of your site information and notify me within 24 hours upon receiving your zip file. It is highly recommended that you back up your zip of the web set you have purchased, whether to a back up drive or burn onto a cd, as I will not be responsible to back these up. Once they are sold, I will remove to make space for more sets.  Use of web sets purchased from Graphic Nook
 are for family friendly sites only! Absolutely no adult or drug related sites may use these web sets. The integrity of Graphic Nook
 and all respective graphic owners must be upheld at all times. Web sets maybe use on personal and commercial sites. No additional license fee is required. You may not resell, tear apart, write tutorials, tube or make stationary or tags, or any other graphic creation from the layouts. Your site must have "No Right click" and "Disable Image Toolbar" scripts on your pages, they can be obtained for free from Dynamic Drive. If you do not use protection codes, you will be notified to remove the web set, and no refund will be given. You are allowed to encrypt your html codes to protect them as long as credit links remain intact.  No changes are to be made to the layouts, except for text. If you have a nice font or another color that matches the web set that you rather use than what was used to create the web set, feel free to change it. Again all credit links must remain intact, you may change the font and color, but it must remain! No exceptions. Graphic Nook
 reserves the right to change these terms as I deem necessary at any given time. If you do not agree to terms of use, then do not place an order.

 

Premades and Websets

 

You must have the no right click, no select text and image tool bar codes installed in your pages, this is for your own protection, as well as for mine and any other graphic artist who graphics I may have used to create premades and websets with.  Do not make any alterations, or changes to the graphics, do not removed my credits, watermarks, or edit text and add names to them to pass in groups or email.  Doing so is in violation of copyright laws.  Do not colorize, resize, or mix or match any websets.  Do not add text to the images/graphics.  Do not use graphics for printables, or patterns or any kind, period!  You must add all credit logo's provided with the webset graphics and used on all pages, no exceptions.  Link the logo's back to http://www.graphicnook.com. 

Websets  or Linkware can not be used in MSN, Yahoo, Google or AOL Groups.  

 

**Linkware  premades and websets may only be used on personal sites.**

 

 Sig Tags

 

You do not have to have a website in order to purchase the sig tags, however you are required to link them back to http://www.graphicnook.com, no exceptions.  If your posting them in your msn group and they do not allow linking, then please do not use them in that group.  That's it disrespectful to any graphic artist site and unfair of them to dictate this to members.   You may request Sig Tags for family and friends, but do not share tags made for yourself with others who have the same name.  If they would like to have a tag, they are more than welcome to come by to purchase one.

 

Other Items

  • You must provide a link back with either a logo or text link to us. You must provide the link on the same page as the image used is on. No Exceptions!

    Make sure to link back to http://graphicnook.com. Graphics are not to be used in emails with the exception of sigtags - Please link us in your sig tag block.
  • They may not be included in any collections or used to make awards/cards/stamps, etc. If you have any doubts, questions or misunderstandings, please contact us and we will do my best to help you.
  • You may not create tubes, OE or IM stationary, sigtags, awards, banners....out of my graphics . If you want them, request them from us  and we will create them for you.
  • Absolutely NO DIRECT LINKING to my files....that is Bandwidth Stealing!
  • We do not accept MSN and/or Neopets websites or any site where protection scripts cannot be installed.
     
  • On closed membership or Membership Only Adoption Shops, I require membership if you would like to use our graphics. (We want to be able to visit and see our

All Sales are final....Sorry no Refunds!

If you haven't paid after 48 hours of a Request for Payment email has been sent, your order will be deleted and the graphic offered to other customers.

All payments are via PAYPAL in US currency. We are PayPal Verified!
All of the terms above apply to Personal as well as Commercial Sites. we do not charge extra fees for Commercial Sites. However we ask that you DO NOT use our graphics on online auction pages as we have custom auction templates for that purpose.
